Certification system
Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group established a quality assurance system in accordance with GB/T19002-1994 idt ISO9002:1994 in June 1999, and obtained a quality certification certificate in March 2000. It successfully passed supervisory audits in 2000 and 2001, ensuring the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system. In 2002, the group company updated its quality system documents according to the 2000 version of the 9000 standard, and obtained the GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification certificate at the end of 2002. It successfully passed supervisory audits and re-evaluation in 2003, 2004, and 2005. From March 2006, the group company established a quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system in accordance with GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000, GB/T24001-2004 idt ISO14001:2004, and GB/T28001-2001, and obtained the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system certification certificate in August 2006. In August 2009, it passed the recertification audit of the three systems (including the conversion to the 2008 version of the 9001 standard). From March 2012, Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group integrated GB/T50430-2007 into the original three management system standards, and obtained certification for four standards in August of the same year; in August 2013, it successfully passed the supervisory audit of the three systems (including the conversion to the 2011 version of the 28001 standard); in 2015, it passed the recertification audit of the three systems; and in 2016, it passed the supervisory audit of the three systems. Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group always uses management guidelines and objectives to strive to implement the management guideline of “legal and scientific management, dedication to high-quality projects, creation of a green environment, care for healthy lives, ensuring continuous improvement, and pursuing the satisfaction of all parties”, and serves customers wholeheartedly. Over the years, in the implementation of the management system, the company has effectively managed major provincial and municipal projects such as the Jiangxi Provincial Committee, Provincial Government, and Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee Office Building, Provincial Higher People's Court, Provincial Public Security Command Center, Provincial Mobile Company Office Building, Provincial Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Office Building, Provincial Art Center, Changbei International Airport Terminal Building, Jingfu Expressway Wenjiazhen to Shatang'ai Section A1, Jiujiang Road Branch Line Project Section A1, and Nanchang along the Yangtze River Zhongnan Avenue Expressway, in accordance with the requirements of the management system. Internal audits, management reviews, and other quality activities are carried out according to the requirements of the management system, so that the quality of the projects is always under control. In recent years, the group company has won many provincial excellent "Dujuan Flower Cup" and provincial excellent project awards every year.
