A company successfully passed five provincial-level engineering construction methods
In December 2016, five construction methods compiled by technical personnel of Jiangxi Construction No.1 Construction Company successfully passed the expert review of the second batch of provincial engineering construction methods in Jiangxi Province in 2016. These methods include: "Construction Method for Ring Compression Connection of Thin-Walled Stainless Steel Pipes", "Construction Method for Forming Steel Pipe Hoops of Rectangular Column Formwork", "Construction Method for Water-Abrasive Drilling and Blasting Rock Layers of Manually Excavated Bored Piles", "Construction Method for Decorative V-shaped Frame of Steel-concrete Composite Structure", and "Construction Method for Super-long Positive Circulation Bored Pile Foundation". The construction method "Construction Method for Removable Cantilever Steel Beam Anchor Ring" was awarded as the Jiangxi Construction Group enterprise construction method. These construction methods were jointly completed by project technical personnel and personnel from the company's scientific and technological development department. Project technical personnel analyzed and summarized the construction methods based on the special construction technologies, special materials, and their resulting benefits used in the project. The company's scientific and technological development department conducted extensive research and evidence collection on the company's projects, exploring and implementing effective new technologies, new materials, and new processes, and completed the compilation of the construction methods from the perspective of company-wide promotion. Three company technology centers passed the provincial appraisal
On August 10, despite the sweltering heat, a provincial-level technical center appraisal team composed of experts from the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Department of Finance, Provincial State Taxation Bureau, Provincial Local Taxation Bureau, and Nanchang Municipal Department of Industry and Information Technology visited Jiangxi Construction Third Construction to conduct a provincial-level technical center appraisal. Chief Engineer Wu Xianghong reported on the company's basic situation, its production and operation in the past three years, technological achievements, the establishment and operation mechanism of the technical center, investment in scientific and technological funds, the company's role and competitiveness in technological innovation within the industry, and its medium- and long-term technological development goals. The provincial-level technical center appraisal experts carefully listened to Wu's report, reviewed the application materials of Jiangxi Construction Third Construction's technical center, and gave full affirmation and high praise to the significant achievements made by Jiangxi Construction Third Construction in technological innovation and technological achievements in recent years, as well as its prominent position and significant influence in the industry. They also provided constructive suggestions on technological achievements (technology promotion), investment in technical equipment, the introduction of technical personnel, industry-university-research cooperation, experimental centers, and the technology achievement award system. Finally, they concluded that the technical center of Jiangxi Construction Third Construction Co., Ltd. meets all the requirements for a provincial-level technical center and unanimously agreed to pass the provincial-level technical appraisal. QC achievements of four companies win national award for the first time
Recently, the 2016 National Excellent Quality Management Group Achievements Exchange Conference for Engineering Construction was held in Hefei, Anhui Province. A total of 1019 QC groups from 29 regions and 17 industries participated in the exchange, including provincial and autonomous regional construction industry associations, relevant industry associations, and the People's Liberation Army Engineering Construction Association. Jiangxi Construction Engineering No. 4 Construction Company's excellent achievement, "Improving the Qualification Rate of Construction Quality for Large Shear Wall Structures", was selected by the Jiangxi Provincial Construction Industry Association to participate in the exchange and won the third prize for excellent QC group achievements in national engineering construction. On July 13, four departments—the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance, the Jiangxi Provincial State Taxation Bureau, and the Jiangxi Provincial Local Taxation Bureau—organized experts in technology, finance, and management to conduct a provincial-level appraisal of the Jiangxi Construction Group No. 2 Construction Company's technology center, based on the "Management Measures for Provincial-Level Enterprise Technology Centers in Jiangxi Province". After listening to the company's report on the construction of its technology center, reviewing relevant documents and materials, and conducting an on-site inspection of the center's work and equipment, the appraisal expert group concluded that the No. 2 Construction Company's technology center meets all the requirements for a provincial-level enterprise technology center and unanimously agreed to pass the provincial-level appraisal.
Since its establishment in March 2012, the Jiangxi Construction Group No. 2 Construction Company's technology center, with strong support from the company's leadership and the concerted efforts of all technical personnel, has maintained a leading position in technical strength, equipment, and achievements within the province's industry. In recent years, through independent research and development and joint development, the company has made remarkable progress in scientific and technological advancements and actively conducts technical summaries and applications. In the past three years, it has achieved dozens of scientific research results: it served as the chief editor of one national industry standard, "Technical Regulations for Detecting the Shear Strength of Masonry and Mortar Strength by Core Cutting Method"; it participated in the compilation of one national industry standard, "Quality Regulations for Detecting Concrete Structures by Radar Method"; it participated in the compilation of one national standard, "Technical Specifications for Sliding Formwork Engineering"; two invention patents and 13 utility model patents were granted by the state; two construction methods were evaluated as national-level construction methods, and 24 construction methods were evaluated as provincial-level construction methods in Jiangxi Province.
The company attached great importance to this provincial-level technology center appraisal. Company leaders including Chairman and General Manager Xu Xiaoyong, Chief Engineer Wang Zhirong, Deputy General Manager Wei Jianguang, and Chief Financial Officer Sun Aiping attended the appraisal meeting. At the appraisal meeting, General Manager Xu Xiaoyong delivered a speech on behalf of the company, expressing the company's determination to complete the technology center appraisal work. Deputy Director Zhou Jun of the technology center gave a work report covering various indicators of the technology center appraisal. This fully demonstrated the company's comprehensive strength and the innovation capabilities of its technology center. Experts then offered their opinions on the work of the No. 2 Construction Company's technology center. Chief Engineer and Technology Center Director Wang Zhirong, as the company's technical leader, answered questions from the expert group and received unanimous recognition and high praise from the experts.
