Before the Spring Festival, the Zhangshu City Bianjie and Community Shanty Town Transformation Resettlement Project Department of Jiangxi Construction Three Construction organized more than 30 employees, including excellent project managers, excellent construction workers, excellent quality inspectors, safety officers, and skilled workers in positions such as mud, wood, and machinery, as well as technical pacesetters, to travel to Mount Lu in Jiujiang, Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang, and other places such as the sites related to the Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou.
Since the commencement of the project in March 2015, it has prioritized the interests of migrant workers, treating them well. Not only has it never delayed their wages, but it also guarantees their rights and interests. Before the Spring Festival, a 15% bonus was distributed to each migrant worker, allowing them to fully share in the fruits of the project's success. The project department has handled various types of social insurance for more than 20 migrant workers, and organizes visits to those experiencing difficulties during major holidays. Simultaneously, family members of outstanding employees are provided work within their capabilities, addressing their housing and living challenges. A crane operator said, “My wife also works in the project's logistics. The project manager arranged accommodation for me, and I work hard around the clock to repay the project's care!” (Hu Qingsheng, Le Zhiqiang)
