On February 19, the second session of the fourth employee representative congress and the second session of the third member representative congress of Jiangxi Construction Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. were grandly held in the company's second-floor meeting room. Li Hairen, director of the Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Audit Department of the Group Company and chairman of the supervisory board of Jiangxi Construction Fourth Company, attended the congress. The meeting was presided over by Tu Lin, chairman of the trade union. More than 70 people attended the meeting, including employee representatives and member representatives of the second session of the company, representatives from various subsidiary units, and heads of various functional departments of the company's headquarters.
At the meeting, Yu Donghong, secretary of the company's Party committee and vice chairman, conveyed the spirit of the first meeting of the second employee representative congress of the group; Xu Qiapi, chairman and general manager, delivered a work report entitled "Upholding Beliefs, Exploring and Advancing, Innovative Development, and Transformation and Upgrading to Strive for Steady Growth and Improved Efficiency of Jiangxi Construction Fourth Construction"; the report comprehensively reviewed the company's work in 2015 and studied and deployed the main tasks for 2016. In 2015, the company signed new contracts totaling 8.027 billion yuan and achieved a comprehensive turnover of 4.61 billion yuan. No quality or safety accidents occurred in engineering quality and safety production. The company won one azalea award, 40 provincial and municipal structural excellence awards, two group QC third-place awards, and two provincial second-place awards. Eight provincial-level safe and civilized construction sites and one out-of-province municipal-level safe and civilized standardized demonstration construction site were achieved.
Xu Qiapi signed responsibility letters with the leasing subsidiary, the operation and management department, the out-of-province engineering management department, the quality and safety department, the technology department, the human resources department, and the contract pricing department. Yu Donghong signed letters of responsibility and commitment on party building and clean conduct for leading cadres with members of the company's leadership team.
Finally, Yu Donghong delivered a summary speech, stating that Jiangxi Construction Fourth Construction should achieve another leap forward for better and faster development in the future. First, it is necessary to recognize the situation, grasp the development direction of the fourth company, adapt to the new normal of development, change thinking, unite as one, and work steadily; second, it is necessary to fully utilize the wisdom and talents of all employees, work together, leverage development, leverage momentum, and utilize external resources to build a brand enterprise; third, it is necessary to strengthen style construction and build a united, efficient, and clean team. We must be open-minded and have the capacity to "contain hundreds of rivers." We must strengthen the construction of execution ability and improve work efficiency. It is required that all subsidiary units and functional departments of the headquarters must earnestly implement the spirit of the meeting, uphold their beliefs, explore and advance, innovate management, and unite as one, to plan and start well for the "13th Five-Year Plan", and strive to achieve steady growth and improved efficiency.
