Since 2015, Jiangxi Construction Three Construction has adhered to the legal construction concept of "operating according to law, governing enterprises according to law, and safeguarding rights according to law". While grasping the key annual legal studies, it has also carried out popular science and education activities through self-study, centralized training, expert lectures, and legal examinations to enhance the enterprise's ability to make decisions according to law, manage operations according to law, and prevent operational risks. To ensure that managers at all levels effectively study and apply the law, the company monitors the study and application of the law by middle-level and above managers, provides classified guidance, and strengthens supervision and assessment.
To promote the construction of safety and quality standards, the company combines popular science education with production and operation. Safety production review platforms are set up at construction sites to conduct safety regulation warning education for frontline workers. At the same time, combined with themed activities such as "Integrity Construction Publicity Month", "Comprehensive Governance Publicity Month", and "Three Strict and Three Real" thematic education, more than 10 publicity boards on popular science education, integrity culture, and comprehensive governance were produced and sent to construction sites in batches for exhibition. To establish a sound enterprise legal risk prevention mechanism, the company also conducted a centralized investigation of major project contract performance, cost control, and financial status to prevent and resolve legal risks.
