Recently, inappropriate remarks made by Wen Yanbin, the director of a secondary unit (Design Institute) under our subsidiary company, in a work group chat were screenshot and reposted, attracting online attention. Our company attaches great importance to this and immediately launched an investigation into the matter.
Upon investigation, it was found that on September 23 (Saturday), Wen Yanbin made inappropriate remarks in the Design Institute work group chat due to a lack of timely response to assigned tasks, causing adverse effects. Our company will handle this matter in accordance with relevant regulations.
At the same time, we will deeply learn from this lesson, further strengthen cadre education and management, strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law, and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of employees. We appreciate the supervision of all sectors of society.
