"How is daily electricity use managed? How many people live in the dormitory? Are there any fire-fighting appliances...? " Lin Shaohua went deep into office buildings, canteens, employee dormitories, and other places. Through on-site inspections and questioning, he focused on supervising and inspecting fire hazards such as whether fire extinguishers in office areas were within the limit of use, whether fire safety passages were unobstructed, and whether the use of fire and electricity was safe. He carefully checked the power shutoff logbook for the financial company's fire safety, and for the safety hazards found during the inspection, he put forward rectification opinions and required that they be rectified within a time limit.
