In accordance with the spirit of the document "Notice on the Recommendation and Selection of the 2024 Jiangxi Province May 1st Labor Award and Jiangxi Province Worker Vanguard" (Gan Gong Ban Fa [2024] No. 4) issued by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Comrade Deng Liwei is recommended for the Jiangxi Province May 1st Labor Medal. The basic information of the recommended candidate is announced as follows:
Deng Liwei, male, Han nationality, born in November 1994, is a probationary member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the BIM director of the Technical Center of Jiangxi Construction Engineering No. 2 Construction Co., Ltd. In terms of ideology, this comrade actively approached the Party organization and became a probationary member of the Communist Party of China in November 2023. Since joining the company, this comrade has long worked on the production front line. As the head of the company's BIM team, he has led the team to carry out BIM technology construction application and technical management work on many key projects of the company. Through the application of BIM technology, the projects have been significantly improved in safety, quality, progress, and civilized construction. He has successively carried out BIM technology construction application and technical management work on many key projects, including the Jiangxi Construction Engineering No. 2 Construction Research and Development Center, Huaxi Shanglvcheng-Central Plaza Project II, Lianxi District People's Hospital Relocation Project, and Honggutang Flow Economy (Internet) Industrial Park. The application achievements have won national and provincial honors many times; in June 2023, this comrade was selected to represent Jiangxi Province in the National Workers' Digital Application Technology Skills Competition held by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, winning the fifth place in the Building Information Modeling Technician team competition; the "Jiangxi Construction Engineering No. 2 Construction Research and Development Center" project in which this comrade participated won the Luban Award, the "Lianxi District People's Hospital Relocation Project" won the Jiangxi Provincial 2022 BIM Technology Application Demonstration Project and the third prize of the Fourth National Engineering Construction Industry BIM Competition, and the "Huaxi Shanglvcheng-Central Plaza Project II" won the third prize of the 7th National Construction Engineering BIM Competition (Comprehensive Group). He was also shortlisted for the 23rd "National Higher Education Artificial Environment Discipline Award" and has been awarded the company's "Top Ten Youth Vanguard", "Trade Union Activist", "Youth Post Expert", and "Excellent Project Chief Engineer".
