Jiangxi Construction Engineering Party Discipline Study and Education Class Opens, Lin Shaohua Gives Thematic Party Lecture

On May 7, the Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group's Party Discipline Study and Education Reading Class opened. Lin Shaohua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, delivered a mobilization speech at the opening ceremony and gave a special party lecture. Yu Wensheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the Group Company, presided over the opening ceremony. 
Lin Shaohua pointed out, Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has insisted on putting discipline first, incorporating discipline building into the overall layout of the Party's construction in the new era, and persistently using strict discipline to govern the entire Party, providing a strong disciplinary guarantee for the development of the Party and state's cause. The Group Company's holding of a special reading class on Party discipline study and education is to organize the group's Party members and cadres to seriously study the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions," further strengthen their awareness of discipline, strengthen self-discipline, improve immunity, enhance political determination, disciplinary determination, moral determination, and anti-corruption determination, always be loyal, clean, and responsible, and contribute the strength of Jiangxi Construction Engineering to writing the Jiangxi chapter of Chinese-style modernization.
In the teaching session, Lin Shaohua gave a special party lecture from three aspects: "Strengthening discipline building, deeply studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution," "Understanding and applying, placing the strict adherence to political discipline and political rules in the first place," and "Strictly adhering to political discipline and political rules, continuously promoting the upward and positive political ecology of the Group." He elaborated on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution, as well as the relevant content and significance of the Party's discipline building, and used theories and numerous cases to guide everyone in studying the requirements of the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions" on the Party's political discipline chapter by chapter and clause by clause.
Lin Shaohua stressed, The vast number of Party members and cadres of the Group must strictly follow the Party Central Committee's deployment and the provincial Party committee's work requirements, and earnestly and effectively carry out Party discipline study and education. We must study the discipline seriously, persist in studying it originally and thoroughly, study it with concentration, study it with the leadership setting an example, study it in connection with reality, study it for warnings and clarity, and study it through training and classes. We must accurately understand the discipline, know what the Party's discipline and rules are, know what can and cannot be done, and how it should be done. We must consciously understand that Party discipline is a "high-voltage line," a "tightening spell," and also a "protective amulet." We must strictly abide by discipline, clearly adhere to the essentials of discipline, carefully and cautiously adhere to it in subtle areas, and keep our power clean and upright.
On the first day of the reading class, Miao Shenggang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group Company, gave a special lecture on organizational discipline.
This reading class adopts the mode of "on-site + video." Members of the leading group of the Group Company, middle-level cadres of the Group's organs, and the main responsible comrades of the Party organizations of various member enterprises participated in the Group Company, while the reading class students from various member enterprises of the Group participated via video. A total of more than 560 people from the entire Group listened to the special party lecture.
