Recently, with the approval of the Provincial Government, Wang Zhi Long, chief engineer of Jiangxi Construction Second Construction Company, has become a provincial government special allowance expert. In 2016, the provincial government special allowances were approved by the 65th Provincial Government Executive Meeting and reviewed by the Provincial Committee, with a total of 80 experts receiving the allowance. The provincial government special allowance is an honor bestowed by the Party and the state, which helps to gather talent and inspire the initiative and creativity of professional and technical personnel and highly skilled personnel, thus promoting scientific and technological progress.
As the chief engineer of the company, Wang Zhi Long is also a member of the Architectural Engineering Technology Expert Committee of the China Construction Industry Association, a field review expert for the National Excellent Engineering Award of the China Construction Enterprise Association, and the vice president of the China Slip Forming Association. He has organized and participated in numerous scientific research projects and received numerous personal and collective honors, including the title of "Excellent Chief Engineer of National Construction Enterprises during the 12th Five-Year Plan" in 2016.
