Jiangxi Construction Engineering No. 2 Company's Technology Center has passed provincial-level certification.

On July 13, four departments—the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance, the Jiangxi Provincial State Taxation Bureau, and the Jiangxi Provincial Local Taxation Bureau—conducted a provincial-level appraisal for the Jiangxi Construction Engineering No.2 Construction Company's technology center, based on the "Management Measures for Provincial-Level Enterprise Technology Centers of Jiangxi Province". A panel of experts in technology, finance, and management listened to a report on the company's technology center construction, reviewed relevant documents and materials, and conducted an on-site inspection of the center's operations and equipment. The panel determined that the No.2 Construction Company's technology center met all the requirements for a provincial-level enterprise technology center and unanimously approved it for provincial-level recognition.
Since its establishment in March 2012, the Jiangxi Construction Engineering No.2 Construction Company's technology center, with the strong support of the company's leadership and the collaborative efforts of its technical personnel, has maintained a leading position in the province's industry in terms of technical strength, equipment, and achievements. In recent years, through independent research and development and joint development, significant progress has been made in science and technology, with active efforts in technical summaries and applications. Over the past three years, dozens of scientific research achievements have been obtained: one nationally recognized industry standard, "Technical Regulations for Shear Strength Testing of Masonry and Mortar Strength by Core Drilling Method", was compiled; one nationally recognized industry standard, "Technical Regulations for Detecting the Quality of Concrete Structures by Radar Method", was co-compiled; one national standard, "Technical Specifications for Sliding Formwork Engineering", was co-compiled; two invention patents and 13 utility model patents were authorized by the state; two construction methods were rated as national-level construction methods, and 24 construction methods were rated as provincial-level construction methods in Jiangxi Province.
The company attached great importance to this provincial-level technology center appraisal. Company leaders including Chairman and General Manager Xu Xiaoyong, Chief Engineer Wang ZhiLong, Deputy General Manager Wei Jianguang, and Chief Financial Officer Sun Aiping attended the appraisal meeting. At the meeting, General Manager Xu Xiaoyong delivered a speech on behalf of the company, expressing the company's determination to successfully complete the technology center appraisal. Zhou Jun, Deputy Director of the Technology Center, gave a work report covering various indicators of the technology center appraisal, fully demonstrating the company's comprehensive strength and the innovation capabilities of its technology center. Experts then offered their opinions on the work of the No.2 Construction Company's technology center. Chief Engineer and Technology Center Director Wang ZhiLong, as the company's technical leader, answered the questions raised by the expert panel, receiving unanimous recognition and high praise from the experts.
The successful passing of the provincial-level technology center appraisal affirms the No.2 Construction Company's technological innovation and research and development capabilities.
