Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group has conducted 23 Party Committee Center Group studies to strengthen theoretical education, established regional headquarters to increase market share, and addressed issues to resolve livelihood problems. Strengthening capabilities and skills through theoretical learning. On May 8, the training class for the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era themed education for middle and above-level leading cadres of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group opened. Within one week, three concentrated study sessions, two thematic party lectures, two expert lectures, two thematic discussions and one red site teaching session were held. Broad numbers of party members and cadres read the original works, studied the original texts, and understood the principles, striving to understand both the words and their meaning. To date, the two-level leading groups have conducted 23 thematic studies of the Party Committee Center Group, delivered 55 thematic party lectures, and held 194 study sessions at the branch level, effectively strengthening theoretical education and improving capabilities and skills.
Using investigation and research to solve reform problems. Currently, the two levels of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group have identified a total of 119 research topics, and the investigation and research is underway.

In terms of market operations, it has broadened channels and enriched project sources. Since this year, it has independently undertaken 13 engineering projects. By establishing four regional headquarters, it further promotes the forward movement of the group's market operations and increases regional market volume. In terms of project management, it has issued the "Project Management Improvement Year" action plan and carried out the "Project Management Improvement Year" action, continuously consolidating project management throughout the entire process. In terms of deepening reforms, it has increased the communication and reporting efforts of the group headquarters, focused on promoting the differentiated development of subsidiaries, steadily promoted the reform of branch company governance, and used reform and innovation to solve problems and promote development.

To date, the two-level enterprises of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group have completed the rectification of 27 problems and solved 11 livelihood problems in supplementary medical care, provident fund payment, parking regulations, employee accommodation, and other aspects, significantly improving the sense of gain and happiness among cadres and employees.
