Upholding Discipline, Clarifying Bottom Lines, and Working Together for a New Beginning | Jiangxi Construction Holds a Warning Education Conference on the "Chen Renhua Case" 
Taking the case as a warning, a wake-up call. On January 30, Jiangxi Construction held a "Chen Renhua Case" warning education conference in a combined on-site and video format, deeply absorbing lessons from the case, thoroughly eliminating negative impacts, and pushing forward comprehensive and strict Party governance to provide strong support for the high-quality development of the group.
Kang Fei, Level 3 Research Fellow of the Seventh Supervision and Inspection Office of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Committee, and Cai Zhengsun, Director of the Party and Mass Work Office of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, came to guide the meeting. Lin Shaohua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the Party Committee of the Group Company. Yu Wensheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager, and other members of the leadership team of the Group Company attended the meeting at the main venue of the Group. Miao Shenggang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting.
Lin Shaohua pointed out in his speech:
First, we must thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution, and deeply understand the practical significance of conducting warning education. We must firmly unify our thoughts and actions with the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution, enhance our political standing, grasp fundamental principles, and combine the case-handling and rectification work of the Chen Renhua and Zhou Ruizhong cases to consciously shoulder the political responsibility of comprehensive and strict Party governance, and unswervingly carry out the Party's self-revolution to the end. The vast number of Party members and cadres of the group must fully understand the important significance of warning education, deeply understand the practical requirements of self-revolution, and strive to enhance political consciousness in promoting rectification through case handling, and resolutely win the tough and protracted battle against corruption.
Second, we must resolutely shoulder political responsibilities and ensure that the tasks of promoting rectification through case handling are implemented. We must prioritize political construction and continuously strengthen the political attributes of state-owned enterprises. We must treat upholding political principles as the top priority, continuously strengthen the supervision of the "key minority," and persist in rectifying the "four winds" and establishing new practices. We must adhere to project management as the core and continuously improve the quality of enterprise development. We should improve the group's independent operating capabilities, strengthen the overall control of projects, and strengthen the cultivation of professional personnel. We must properly handle all types of risks and protect the bottom line of the group's safe development. We must deeply learn lessons from the case, coordinate development with security, and gradually push the group back on track towards sound development. We should accelerate the collection of internal and external accounts receivable, comprehensively strengthen the construction of a compliance management system, and vigorously promote project settlement.
Third, we must persist in the belief that comprehensive and strict Party governance and the Party's self-revolution are ongoing processes that must be continuously and deeply advanced. We must uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership, profoundly understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments," and loyally practice the "two safeguards." We must deeply promote the integration and synergy of the "two responsibilities" to form a combined force, and continuously improve the quality and level of work in comprehensive and strict Party governance. We must continue to focus on key areas and comprehensively strengthen the education, management, and supervision of cadres. We must use punishment to deter, combine it with system constraints, and improve awareness simultaneously, comprehensively and deeply promoting "three incorruptibles." We must strictly implement the "20-character" requirements for Party and government leaders of state-owned enterprises—"loyal to the Party, brave in innovation, capable in governing enterprises, achieving success in enterprise development, and honest and clean"—cultivating a positive and upward enterprise culture and fostering a clean and honest political ecology.
Miao Shenggang, in presiding over the meeting, pointed out: We must enhance our understanding and grasp the spirit of the meeting. We must deeply understand the spirit of this warning education conference and convey the spirit of the meeting to every Party member and cadre. We must strengthen organizational leadership and implement work responsibilities. Party organizations of various departments and member enterprises of the group must shoulder the political responsibility of comprehensive and strict Party governance, and the main persons in charge must fulfill their responsibilities as the "first responsible persons" and ensure the implementation of various tasks in the warning education activities. We must focus on integrated promotion and improve work efficiency. Persist in integrating the "Chen Renhua Case" with the "second half" of the Zhou Caijian and Huang Qianhu cases Chapter Through, integrating it with the promotion of special governance work for state-owned enterprises, and with the "2+N" series of rectifications, for unified planning, deployment, and advancement.
At the meeting, Xu Jingjun, member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Inspector of the Group Company, reported on the relevant situation of the case, and all participants watched the warning education film "Integrating the Advancement of the "Three Incorruptibles".
The meeting also deployed key work in the near future, emphasizing the need to firmly grasp safety production work, tighten safety production responsibilities, and ensure full coverage of hidden danger inspections; to carry out Spring Festival visits and condolences, and deliver the care and concern of the Party Committee of the Group Company to the vast number of Party members and cadres of the Group.
Also attending the meeting at the main venue of the Group were: middle-level managers of the Group's headquarters, cadres from the discipline inspection and supervision departments, and members of the leadership teams of Jiangxi Construction Domestic Engineering Company, Jiangxi Construction Real Estate (Zhiyuan Asset Management Company), Jiangxi Construction Supervision, and Jiangxi Jianwei Testing. Members of the leadership teams, middle-level managers, and discipline inspection and supervision cadres from other member enterprises attended the meeting at branch venues.
