Following the "1.24" major fire in Yushui District, Xinyu City, the Group immediately took action, thoroughly implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, resolutely implemented the decisions and deployments of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, Provincial Emergency Management Department, and Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on safety production, and quickly studied and issued a notice on safety production supervision with a division of responsibilities. Starting from January 28, the group's leadership team went to construction projects in 11 prefecture-level cities across the province to conduct a centralized supervision and inspection of safety hazards with "leaders on the front line," deeply drawing lessons from the accident, taking the lead in conducting thorough, comprehensive, and full-coverage inspections, tightening safety production responsibilities, implementing safety management measures in detail, and ensuring that the Group's safety production situation stabilizes and improves.

On January 29, Lin Shaohua, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the Group Company, once again convened a special meeting on safety production to convey and study the spirit of the deployment meeting on fire safety and other safety work in the provincial state-owned assets supervision and administration commission system and to re-deploy and promote the Group's safety production work. After the meeting, Lin Shaohua went to the project front line to supervise and inspect safety production work.

At the Nanchang City Honggu Beach District Flow Economy (Internet) Industrial Park project, Lin Shaohua went deep into the construction site, worker dormitories, canteens, and other places to observe the implementation of various safety measures and learn about potential safety hazards. How construction personnel conduct safety education, whether safety inspections are in place, whether fire-fighting equipment is adequately equipped, whether special equipment operators are certified...Lin Shaohua looked carefully and asked clearly. He required project management personnel to tighten safety production responsibilities, carefully check for hidden dangers, and ensure safety and stability.

The Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital Jiangxi Hospital (National Regional Medical Center) project is currently undergoing deep foundation pit construction, which belongs to a high-risk sub-item. Lin Shaohua went to the site, learned in detail about the construction plan and safety protection measures, and urged relevant personnel to refine the plan, conduct risk assessments, strengthen process control and safety supervision, and ensure construction safety.

During the investigation, Lin Shaohua emphasized that the Group's two-level Party committees should thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and instructions on safety production, implement the spirit of the superior meetings on safety work, increase the intensity of safety publicity, and create a strong publicity atmosphere. We must tighten and implement the main responsibility for safety production, promote responsibility from one level to another, consolidate responsibility from top to bottom, and consolidate the foundation from bottom to top, eliminating the phenomenon of "hot on top, lukewarm in the middle, and cold at the bottom", and ensuring that no production safety accidents occur at this stage.

At the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government Foreign Liaison Office Project 206, Yu Wensheng carefully listened to the project's production management and fulfillment situation, checked for potential safety hazards at the project construction site, and provided guidance on key points for high-altitude work for on-site construction personnel.

At the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University project, Yu Wensheng went deep into the construction site and migrant worker dormitories to check whether the fire channels were compliant and unobstructed, whether fire-fighting equipment was fully equipped and within the effective period, and guided the project's dedicated safety management personnel to conduct daily safety inspections to ensure project construction safety.

At the Central South University Xiangya Hospital Jiangxi Hospital project, Yu Wensheng pointed out the safety hazards at the construction site and required project management personnel to attach great importance to and immediately rectify them to ensure the safe and stable progress of the project construction.

Yu Wensheng emphasized that we must immediately conduct investigations and rectifications and tighten and implement safety production responsibilities. All units should, in conjunction with the Group's work of concentrating on investigating and rectifying hidden dangers, earnestly implement the provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's work requirements of "leaders on the front line, strict management, and responsibilities in place", and organize thorough and comprehensive self-inspections and self-rectifications of the construction projects under their units through forms such as enterprise leaders taking charge of sections and project department grid responsibility division, ensuring that all safety hazards are rectified. We must strengthen construction site management and standardize the safety supervision of construction projects. We must recognize the prominent problems in the fire safety of construction projects, effectively strengthen the management of electricity, gas, oil, and heating in migrant worker dormitories, standardize fire and welding operations at construction sites, keep a close eye on major hazardous sources at construction sites, continue to do a good job in controlling ultra-high-risk projects, and promptly eliminate risks and hidden dangers that can easily lead to mass casualties. We must closely monitor weather conditions and strengthen duty and standby work. We must pay attention to climate change and natural disaster warnings and forecasts, strengthen risk assessment and analysis, and achieve early understanding, early handling, and early response. We must effectively arrange the work of project sites during the Spring Festival, construction site fences must be closed in place, and on-site duty personnel should conduct a safety inspection once a day and earnestly implement the daily reporting system.
