To further improve enterprise management levels, summarize the group's enterprise management work in the past year, and make overall arrangements for enterprise management work in 2024, the Group Corporation recently held the 2024 Enterprise Management Work Conference. Li Jianjun, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Corporation, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Heads of the Enterprise Management Department of the Group Corporation, leaders in charge of various member enterprises, and heads of departments responsible for enterprise management work attended the meeting.

The meeting emphasized that the key aspects of the Group's enterprise management work in 2024 should focus on the following: 1. Deepen the implementation of the action to deepen and improve the reform of state-owned enterprises. This year is a crucial year for deepening and improving the reform of state-owned enterprises. All enterprises should continue to exert efforts on the key tasks of deepening and improving the reform of state-owned enterprises, and complete more than 70% of the main tasks according to the timetable. 2. Continue to promote the construction of the internal control system. The internal control manuals of the Group Corporation, Jiangxi Construction No. 1 Construction, and Jiangxi Construction Investment have been issued and implemented. This year, consulting institutions will be organized to conduct an evaluation of the effectiveness of the internal control system construction, and the internal control system construction of other enterprises will be launched in a timely manner. At the same time, it is necessary to improve and perfect the system construction system, improve the quality of system construction, and comprehensively improve the level of internal control. 3. Strengthen the classification and rectification and standardized governance of branches. All enterprises should increase the strength of sending core management personnel to branches, explore the branch performance evaluation mechanism, and member enterprises of the Group should take the lead in piloting. 4. Increase efforts to achieve development breakthroughs. Highlight the main business, streamline and strengthen the body, and supervise group enterprises, especially those with three-level legal persons, to promptly dispose of enterprises without business, contribution, or functionality. Increase supervision of loss-making enterprises, urge loss-making enterprises to achieve development breakthroughs, and promptly reduce and reverse losses. 5. Actively promote professional integration. In accordance with the deployment requirements of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, focusing on the main responsibilities and main businesses, carry out professional integration within the Group in combination with actual conditions.
