On March 6, the Group Company held a plenary meeting of the Group Safety Committee to convey and study the spirit of the plenary meeting of the Provincial Safety Committee and the provincial television and telephone conference on safe production and the mobilization and deployment meeting on the three-year action plan for fundamental attack and defense, analyze and judge the current safety production situation of the Group Company, and mobilize and deploy the current safe production work and the "Three-Year Action Plan for Fundamental Attack and Defense of Safe Production" of the Group Company. Yu Wensheng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, vice chairman and general manager of the Group Company, attended and spoke.
Yu Wensheng emphasized that the Group Company should thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on safe production, draw profound lessons from accidents, always keep a tight rein on safe production, severely crack down on the investigation of hidden dangers in safe production, and seriously pursue responsibility for safe production.
First, Strengthen ideological guidance and build a solid safety concept. In accordance with the Group's clear work priorities for safe production this year, solid work should be done on 22 key tasks for safe production.
Second, Strengthen bottom-line thinking and solidify safety responsibilities. Promote the implementation of the main responsibilities of various units, and extend safety responsibilities to the grassroots and frontline of projects.
Third, Strengthen fundamental attack and defense and deepen special governance. Deeply implement the fundamental attack and defense action for safe production, and meticulously implement various tasks related to safe production.
Fourth, Strengthen high-pressure supervision and strengthen supervision and inspection. Increase supervision of major hazardous projects to ensure intrinsic safety.
Fifth, Strengthen safety guarantees and consolidate the foundation at the grassroots level. Starting from publicity and education, technological support, and capital investment, improve the ability of safety prevention and supervision level.
