To correctly understand and apply the "Methods for Identifying and Handling Illegal Acts such as Subcontracting and Illegal Subletting in Construction Engineering Construction," "Special Governance Work Plan for Common Quality Issues in Residential Projects," and "Judicial Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Hearing Construction Engineering Construction Contract Dispute Cases" formulated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the seminar will explore and exchange experiences on risk control in construction contract management, identification of illegal acts such as subcontracting and illegal subletting, clearing of project payments, and visa claims by construction enterprises. On the morning of July 23, a legal seminar jointly organized by the Jiangxi Provincial Construction Industry Legal Work Committee and Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was held in the third-floor meeting room of the Group. Chen Zheng, director of the Provincial Construction Industry Legal Work Committee, was invited to give a lecture, and nearly 150 people, including relevant leaders from the group's administrative departments, main operating units, holding subsidiaries, and project management offices, participated in the study.
Director Chen Zheng, under the theme of "Responding to Engineering Quality Governance and Solving Problems in Construction Contracts," gave a detailed interpretation of the spirit of the Jian Shi [2014] No. 130 document "Two-Year Action Plan for Engineering Quality Governance," [2014] No. 118 document "Methods for Identifying and Handling Illegal Acts such as Subcontracting and Illegal Subletting in Construction Engineering Construction," and [2014] No. 123 document "Ten Regulations on the Quality and Safety Responsibilities of Project Managers in Construction Projects." He carefully analyzed key issues related to subcontracting contracts and elaborated and analyzed key issues in the judicial interpretation of construction contract disputes from six aspects. The wonderful lecture combined with typical case analyses was highly relevant to reality, and the audience said they benefited a lot.
The seminar was chaired by Li Jianjun, the group's legal director. The content of this lecture is highly consistent with the current development situation of the entire construction industry and the Construction Engineering Group. The content of the lecture is highly practical and targeted, and it has played a good enlightening role for front-line employees in the construction industry in terms of engineering risk control.
