To further enhance the legal awareness of Party members and leading cadres at all levels of the Group and to solidly advance the implementation of the Group's Party style and clean government construction responsibility system, on the morning of June 15, Jiangxi Construction Group held a special lecture on preventing job-related crimes. Li Kaijun, a member of the Jiangxi Provincial Sixth Five-Year Plan for Popularizing Law Senior Lecturer Group and director of the Job-Related Crime Prevention Office of the Provincial Procuratorate, was invited to give the lecture. More than 150 people attended the lecture, including all leaders in Nanchang, middle-level management personnel at headquarters, members of the leadership teams of various subordinate units, directors of the two offices, and heads of the discipline inspection and supervision, operation, and finance departments.
Li Kaijun, under the theme of "Enhance Legal Awareness, Build a Clean and Efficient Group Company," introduced the basic situation of job-related crimes in our province, as well as the procuratorial organs' law enforcement functions, case-handling methods, and measures to serve the development of state-owned enterprises. Through the analysis of numerous cases, and combining the characteristics of state-owned enterprises, he focused on analyzing the characteristics of job-related crimes in state-owned enterprises and the stages at which cases occur in construction enterprises. He pointed out the serious consequences and harm of job-related crimes. Finally, based on years of rich practical experience and profound theoretical research, he summarized 11 new forms of job-related crimes and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for preventing job-related crimes in state-owned enterprises. The lecture cases were vivid and the language was easy to understand, with strong policy relevance and practical applicability. The audience expressed that they benefited greatly.
The lecture was hosted by Huang Ligang, secretary of the Group's Discipline Inspection Commission. He made three points: First, strengthen learning and publicity to further understand the importance of prevention work. We must take publicity and education as an important foundation of prevention work. Combining the current "Three Strict and Three Real" education requirements, we must strengthen ideological and political education, professional ethics education, legal education, warning education, and diligent and clean government education for cadres at all levels to build a solid ideological defense line. Second, strengthen risk management and further improve and perfect the prevention mechanism. We must seriously identify the sources and points of corruption risks in the process of performing duties, promote the establishment of a standardized and transparent power operation mechanism, strengthen the institutionalization and standardization of prevention work, and enhance the practical effect of prevention work. Third, strengthen the sense of responsibility and further implement the Party style and clean government construction responsibility system. Cadres at all levels, especially members of the leadership team, must not only strictly discipline themselves and set an example, but also earnestly implement the requirements of "dual responsibility," "taking good care of their own doors and managing their own people," and, with a strict spirit and practical style, promote the further development of the Group's work to a new level.
