The Provincial Party Committee's Tenth Inspection Team Holds a Work Mobilization Meeting for the Inspection of the Party Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the unified deployment of the Provincial Party Committee, on March 26, the work mobilization meeting of the Tenth Inspection Team of the Provincial Party Committee to inspect the Party Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was held. Before the meeting, Luo Congming, head of the Tenth Inspection Team of the Provincial Party Committee, met with Lin Shaohua, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Yu Wensheng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, vice chairman, and general manager, to communicate and inform them of the relevant arrangements for the inspection work. At the meeting, Luo Congming delivered a mobilization speech, putting forward requirements for in-depth study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on inspection work and the newly revised "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work," earnestly implementing the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, and solidly carrying out the inspection work. Lin Shaohua presided over the meeting and made a statement.

Luo Congming pointed out that inspection is a strategic institutional arrangement for promoting the Party's self-revolution and comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. Carrying out inspections is an important measure to uphold and strengthen Party leadership, promote Party building, especially political building; it is an important measure to comprehensively study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches during his inspection of Jiangxi, and to better fulfill the responsibilities and missions to serve and guarantee high-quality development; it is an important measure to uphold the people's supremacy and strengthen the Party's ties with the people; and it is an important measure to unwaveringly adhere to a strict tone and deepen the Party's self-revolution. The Party committee of Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group and Party members and leading cadres at all levels should, with the attitude of being loyal to the Party and highly responsible for the cause, adhere to the principle of solving problems together and working in the same direction, actively support and cooperate with the Provincial Party Committee's inspection team, and jointly complete the inspection tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee.

Luo Congming emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee's inspection team will adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guide, earnestly implement the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments on inspection work and the relevant work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, earnestly implement the newly revised "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work," and conduct supervision and inspection around "four implementations and four emphases." Key areas of inspection include implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies, and decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, with emphasis on supervision of the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; implementation of the primary responsibility and supervisory responsibility for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, with emphasis on supervision of the "top leader" and the leadership team; implementation of the Party's organizational line in the new era, with emphasis on supervision of leadership team building, cadre and talent team building, selection and appointment of personnel, and Party building; and implementation of inspection rectification and the application of results, with emphasis on supervision of the fulfillment of rectification responsibilities.

Lin Shaohua stated that the Provincial Party Committee's inspection is both a comprehensive "general examination" of the Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group Party Committee's fulfillment of its political responsibilities in governing the Party and a comprehensive and in-depth "political physical examination" of the Party organizations and Party members and leading cadres at all levels of Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group. It will surely make the company's ideology and thinking clearer, its ideals and beliefs firmer, its development path clearer, and its work attitude more pragmatic. Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group will raise its political standing, strengthen political consciousness, resolutely ensure that ideological understanding is in place, and from the height of upholding politics, rules, and discipline, implement various tasks without compromise. According to the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work," the Provincial Party Committee's inspection team mainly accepts letters, calls, and visits reflecting problems concerning the leading group and its members of the Party Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Group, the principal leaders of the next-level Party organization leadership teams, and leaders in important positions. It focuses on reports and reflections on violations of political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline.
